P. E .R.C.
P.E.R.C. is a non-profit equestrian club incorporated in December of 1985.
PURPOSE
- To promote equestrian activities and educational opportunities for its members and the community
- To provide a meeting place for horse people
- To develop and maintain trails
- To promote activities around horses
WHY?
- To preserve trail riding in the midst of growth
- Most of all, for the fun and enjoyment of horses and trail riding
HOW?
- By working with the federal, state, county and town governments, as well as private entities; to identify and create trail corridors; to encourage the granting of easements and right-of-way for the purpose of horseback riding and other compatible, non-motorized recreation
- Organizing twice monthly trail rides from April through October
WHO?
- Membership is open to all interested people who own or lease a horse in and around Douglas and Elbert Counties
WHERE?
- Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month (except January, July and December) at 7:30 p.m. at the Colorado Horse Park Equestrian Center Lounge, Parker, Colorado.
