P. E .R.C.

P.E.R.C. is a non-profit equestrian club incorporated in December of 1985.

PURPOSE

  • To promote equestrian activities and educational opportunities for its members and the community
  • To provide a meeting place for horse people
  • To develop and maintain trails
  • To promote activities around horses

WHY?

  • To preserve trail riding in the midst of growth
  • Most of all, for the fun and enjoyment of horses and trail riding

HOW?

  • By working with the federal, state, county and town governments, as well as private entities; to identify and create trail corridors; to encourage the granting of easements and right-of-way for the purpose of horseback riding and other compatible, non-motorized recreation
  • Organizing twice monthly trail rides from April through October

WHO?

  • Membership is open to all interested people who own or lease a horse in and around Douglas and Elbert Counties

 

WHERE?

  • Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month (except January, July and December) at 7:30 p.m. at the Colorado Horse Park Equestrian Center Lounge, Parker, Colorado.
